Admissions
Undergraduate Admissions helps students discover how they can be part of UC Santa Cruz’s diverse and dynamic community. From first questions to final application, resources and support are available at every stage.

Advising
Undergraduate advising partners with students to explore academic paths, connect coursework to goals, and create plans for graduation. Advisors help students make informed choices for their future.

Colleges
The 10 colleges at UC Santa Cruz form diverse and inclusive living and learning communities that empower holistic student growth.

Degree Progress Unit
The Degree Progress Unit helps students stay on track toward graduation by reviewing academic records and guiding them through degree requirements from their first quarter to their final term.

Educational Partnership Center
The Educational Partnership Center expands access to higher education for underrepresented students in the Monterey Bay, Pajaro Valley, and Silicon Valley. Programs and guidance help students prepare for, enter, and succeed in college.

Financial Aid & Scholarships
The Financial Aid and Scholarship Office works to remove financial barriers so students can focus on their education. The office connects students and families to grants, scholarships, loans, and work opportunities that make college possible.

Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar maintains accurate academic records and provides the tools and information students need for enrollment, transcripts, graduation, and more.

Summer Session
Summer Session offers flexible courses that help students stay on track for graduation, explore new subjects, or catch up on requirements. Enrollment is open to UC Santa Cruz students and the wider community.

Undergraduate Research
Undergraduate research at UC Santa Cruz spans every field—from the arts and humanities to cutting-edge science. Students work alongside faculty on creative projects, scholarly studies, and discoveries that address real-world challenges.
