Assistant Vice Provost Jessica Fiske Bailey is the division’s chief business officer and works with division staff to plan strategically, manage personnel and other resources, develop and implement programs, and oversee the budget. She often handles issues on behalf of the Vice Provost and the division.

Susan has been at UCSC since 1986. She maintains Bill Ladusaw’s calendar, arranges meetings for him and the Assistant Vice Provost, makes travel arrangements for the VPDUE, and handles many other tasks for the office. She also creates the annual report to the Academic Senate Office on student academic integrity.

Stacey Sketo-Rosener is the Coordinator of Academic Advising for the UC Santa Cruz campus, and works out of the Division of Undergraduate Education. She works to coordinate communications and efforts among the various advising units on campus, which include the colleges, the academic departments, and student affairs advising units.

Frankie Melvin is the first development officer hired specifically to help raise money with and on behalf of the colleges and their local programs.  He manages Parents Programs that engage parents of current and former UCSC students in activities to; orient new parents; develop a culture of philanthropy among parents; and volunteer at campus-wide events.
